During the demolition phase, I discovered that the beauty of the structure of this space had to be celebrated - the wood ceiling joists, the steel beams and the brick walls.  The vision was to set off those elements by using white cabinetry designed as a series of furniture-style pieces.  The design of the banquet tied the new kitchen to the woodwood in the main hall.  The tabletop constructed of salvaged lumber from the demo.
